京都府高速道路網整備促進協議会（会長＝西脇隆俊京都府知事）は、府域の高速道路網早期全線開通ＰＲに向けたミニのぼり＝写真＝を５００本製作し、要望活動のグッズとして活用している。
京都府広報監としてＰＲキャラクターにもなっている「まゆまろ」が、ドライブするデザインで新名神高速道路・山陰近畿道の早期全通と、京都縦貫道・舞鶴若狭道・京奈和道の早期全線４車線化を訴えるもの。６月１日の全高速一般要望時にも本田太郎衆議院議員と西田昌司参議院議員に要望書とともに手交された。

要望書とミニのぼりを手にする西田昌司参議院議員（6月1日全高速一般要望）
企画した京都府建設交通部道路計画課では、「国・政府関係機関や府内自治体に配布しています。ミニのぼりの一本一本が高速道路ネットワーク充実の一助となることを切に願っています」と話している。
