[/caption]ＮＥＸＣＯ西日本関西支社が整備を進めてきた新名神高速道路・川西ＩＣ～神戸ＪＣＴ間（延長16・９㌔）が18日に開通した。これにより大阪～兵庫の新たなルートが誕生。全国有数の渋滞箇所として知られる中国道の宝塚トンネル付近の渋滞緩和も期待される。当日は西日本最大級のＳＡ、宝塚北ＳＡと宝塚北スマートＩＣも同時に開設、華を添えた。
